ABOUT
The tasting experience includes a variety of spirits—including our house-distilled moonshine. The tour encourages visitors to develop an appreciation for the flavor of moonshine, especially since our moonshine is as authentic as it can safely get. We make it with 100% corn and bottle it at 50% ABV.
The Underground Distillery Tour takes place daily from 11:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Early closures, limited availability and private events may impact Distillery Tour operating hours.
BEER
The Mob Museum serves its house-brewed beer on tap in the speakeasy. The Underground brews a specialty of 60 gallons of craft beer per month. Selections include The Big Al's Ale, a seasonal small-batch brew.
MEET OUR DISTILLERS
From cooking corn mash to running our custom, 60-gallon pot still, these are the folks who make our house-distilled spirits and house-brewed craft beers. Have a question during your Distillery Tour? One of our expert team members will be happy to explain our process or anything Prohibition related.
