In recent decades, women have become a larger part of American law enforcement. But there is still a long way to go, considering that women represent only 13 percent of police officers across the country. In honor of Women’s History Month, this panel discussion, featuring women working in local law enforcement, will explore the qualities they bring to the job and the challenges they face.

This program will take place in The Mob Museum’s Historic Courtroom. If you would like to attend in person, please RSVP. Reservations are not needed to join this program’s livestream.
