FBI undercover agent Joseph Pistone spent more than six years infiltrating New York’s Bonanno crime family, leading to hundreds of indictments of prominent Mob figures. His experiences inspired the classic 1997 film Donnie Brasco, starring Johnny Depp and Al Pacino. To mark the movie’s 25th anniversary, the Museum will hold a screening of the film. The actor Robert Miano, who played Mafia capo Sonny Red in the film, will be on hand to introduce the film and provide behind-the-scenes insights afterward.
Don’t miss these limited-edition T-shirts, signed by Joseph Pistone, the real Donnie Brasco.
