How to Apply

If your request falls within our key community investment areas, and benefits residents in Nevada or relates to the Museum subjects, please complete and return the request form with a cover letter (must be on the charitable organization’s official letterhead) along with a copy of the 501c3 certification. All requests and the supporting documents must be received at least 60 days prior to the event. This will allow adequate time to review and reply. Because of the volume of requests, we are unable to answer inquiries about requests by phone; we will mail tickets to eligible organizations within two weeks. Not all requests will be honored.
